The Picnic With The Pops Commission
Started in 1980 by a group that included former Lexington Mayor Jim Amato, and Thomas Minter, who served as the chairman of the event until 2012, Picnic with the Pops is now run by a city-appointed commission of volunteers who plan the yearly outdoor live music event.
Whether made at home, catered by professionals, or from one of our local food trucks, great food has always been a central part of the Picnic with the Pops experience! Full food and catering options to come!
